At mostest, we believe in keeping things simple, secure, and transparent. We only collect the data we absolutely need to do our jobs, and we don't sell your information to anyone. Period.

1. What Data We Collect

On mostest.io: When you use the contact form on mostest.io, we collect: Your Name, Your Email Address, and The contents of your message.

In our Mobile Apps: When you create an account, we collect an email address, a user alias, and authentication data (such as a securely hashed password or authentication tokens if you choose to sign in via Google). We may also collect anonymized device data and crash logs to monitor app stability and fix bugs.

2. How We Use and Store Your Data

Website Inquiries: We use the information you provide exclusively to read and respond to your inquiry. Because our contact form routes directly to our email inbox, your data is stored securely on our email provider’s servers. We do not automatically add you to any mailing lists, newsletters, or automated marketing sequences just because you sent us a message.

App Accounts: We use your app account data (email and alias) to authenticate your login, maintain your app preferences, and verify your subscription status. This data is stored securely in our app database infrastructure.

3. Third-Party Processors and Subscriptions

We use third-party services, including RevenueCat, to manage app subscriptions and verify purchase statuses. We do not process or store raw credit card numbers or payment information on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor the basic health and performance of our website. This service is completely cookie-less. It does not store any data on your browser, nor does it fingerprint or track your individual IP address across the internet.

5. Account Deletion and Data Rights

You own your data. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or California, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Additionally, if you wish to delete your mobile app accounts and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app's settings menu, or by contacting us. Deleting your account will permanently remove your alias, email, and preferences from our active database.
